Health & Skin Tip - WATER!!!  WATER!!! WATER!!!​

You are always told to drink more water... but do you listen?  If you do, WONDERFUL!  If you don't, you need to start!  ​Drinking the water you should be drinking will help not only your health, losing weight, but it helps your skin too!  The adequate amount of water you're drinking, will do wonders for you!  ​Not sure how much water you should be drinking every day?  Here is an easy way to determine your water intake, too much water is not good for your either!  ​Take your weight divided by 2 and that is the amount in ounces you should be drinking every day!  (i.e. 200lbs/2 = 100 ounces)  Never drink more than twice the adequate amount as water can be toxic to your organs if too much is taken in.


Always eat a HIGH PROTEIN, HIGH FIBER, LOW CARB diet!

DR. OZ'S SLIMDOWN DRINK RECIPE

1 cup grapefruit, orange or pineapple juice

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp honey

Drink before each meal, breaks down fat cells faster than anything else.

I personally recommend following Natalie Eva Marie or NEMFIT on IG.  I have started following her videos and they are amazing!
