Can I Have A Break Now?

I started writing part of my book today. Just out of the blue felt the urge. I feel like what I actually accomplished was amazing, though my kids got into my zone and disrupted it. Ever feel like you just need a break? I would love to be able to just get away and just be alone and be able to just go to town on my book or writing in general. I am a mother first and that will never happen. :(
